Pour day crew is set automatically: every 1,200 sf of slick or broom finish gets 2 finishers + 2 helpers; every 1,200 sf of stamped work gets its own pour day with 3 finishers, 2 helpers, 1 laborer and 1 driver. The rows above price the prep crew.
Production rates
40 LF of footer dug in 40 min = 60 LF/hr. A standard 30 × 60 prep (dig 180 LF, set forms, rebar, vapor barrier, fine grade 3"–6" on arrival) runs about 7 hrs; that sets the 2.2 hr per 1,000 sf rate.

Stem walls
Customer price per LF of stem wall by wall height, for an 8" wall on its footing (forms, concrete, rebar and labor). Heights in between are priced proportionally. Short walls are charged the minimum, because the separate pour day, truck and short load cost the same at any length. Your cost below is used for profit only.

Trench 18" wide × 14" deep with slope, #57 stone, 4" corrugated pipe in geo fabric, pipe spout at the outlet.
Channel drain
NDS channel cast in the pour, 4" pipe from the bottom outlet to a pop-up emitter or daylight. Speed-D 10 ft: Lowe's Winston-Salem. Slim 6 ft kit (NDS9206GKIT, includes end caps, coupling and outlet): Mooresville NC branch.
Customer stages
The pipeline every quote moves through. Rename, recolor, hide, reorder or add stages. "Won" stages count as sales; "Lost" closes the quote. Quotes move forward on their own when you print the quote, send a site visit or generate the contract.
Quote approvals
Choose which dealer and rep quotes need your OK before the quote PDF, contract or share link can go to the customer. Review them under Customers → Approvals. A quote that changes after you approve it needs approval again.
Pricing rules
Admins only. Changes apply to every dealer's quotes as soon as they reload.
Customer prices
Fees & deposit
Formula: materials, fuel & expenses × (1 + profit %) + labor at cost = total cost → discount by the rules below → + dealer commission on top. The dealer collects the commission as the deposit. Discounts of 7% or more come out of the commission.
Discount limits
Dealer commission & margin
Commission is figured on the concrete subtotal after discount, before tax. Quotes under the target margin get flagged in the admin view.
Service items
What reps can add under Line items → Service. Price shows to dealers; your cost stays admin-only.
Concrete work counts toward discount and commission. Labor prints under Additional labor. Fees and materials print under Other fees (no discount, no commission).
